Traditional Burials

About Traditional Burial

A traditional burial provides a permanent resting place within the cemetery and typically involves the burial of a casketed loved one. Families may choose to hold a graveside service at the time of burial or at a later date, allowing flexibility based on individual wishes and timing.

Why Families Choose This Option

Many families select traditional burial for its sense of continuity, the opportunity to create a lasting memorial, and the comfort of having a dedicated place to visit and remember their loved one for generations to come. Families can also explore memorial options to create a meaningful tribute.

Cremation

About Cremation

Cremation involves the respectful care of a loved one, with cremated remains placed or memorialized in a manner chosen by the family. Scatter gardens provide a designated, peaceful area within the cemetery where cremated remains may be scattered, offering a meaningful connection to a permanent place of remembrance.

Why Families Choose This Option

This option is often chosen for its flexibility, simplicity, and ability to accommodate a variety of personal preferences. Families may appreciate the opportunity for memorialization without a traditional burial space, while still having a place to visit and reflect. Families can explore different memorial options based on their preferences.

Green Burials

About Green Burial

Green burial offers a natural and simplified approach to burial that emphasizes environmental care and thoughtful stewardship of the land. In designated areas of the Park, families may choose biodegradable caskets such as wood, wicker, or bamboo, allowing the burial to return naturally to the earth with minimal disturbance to the surrounding landscape. This option reflects a quiet, respectful way to honor a loved one while preserving the natural beauty of the grounds.

Why Families Choose Green Burial

Families often choose green burial for its simplicity, environmental responsibility, and cost-conscious nature. By using natural materials and streamlined burial practices, this option reduces long-term environmental impact while often lowering overall expenses. For many, it provides a meaningful way to honor a loved one in a manner that feels peaceful, intentional, and aligned with their values.
